Part 5: Inspection & Maintenance
The Halspan® Verified inspection partner signs in to Halspan® Tracker app on their smart device and scans the Halspan Smart Tag (if fitted), identifying the asset and opening up its quality assurance record.
Inspector then quickly finds, accesses and views door records using a digital floor plan or views individual door information and views the inspection/maintenance summary history.
Inspector follows and completes step-by-step Halspan® Verified inspection/maintenance checklist, signs off inspection/maintenance and chooses required reporting format for records.
Halspan® Smart Tags can also be retrofitted to existing doorsets. This means you can use Halspan® Tracker to build up quality assurance records for ALL your doorsets, helping you to maintain compliance and providing peace of mind.
