  • Absolutely. Halspan Tracker integrates seamlessly with BMS platforms and supports SMART building applications for centralised fire safety monitoring.

  • A Halspan Smart Tag is a unique identification tag fitted to each fire door or safety asset. It remains with the asset for its entire lifecycle, enabling traceability and compliance tracking.

  • Yes. Smart Tags can be retrofitted to existing:

     

    • Doorsets and door assemblies

    • Fire safety assets such as dry/wet risers and dampers


    This allows users to build a complete quality assurance record for all assets.

  • Each Smart Tag is registered in the Halspan Tracker system. When scanned via the mobile App, it displays the asset’s full inspection and maintenance history, which can be updated in real time.

  • Fabricators can upload data using a spreadsheet format, simplifying migration. Alternatively, the Halspan Tracker asset creation tool allows direct input.
