As Technical Manager, Andy deals with Halspan’s technical data, test  schedules, product development and certification, as well as providing  customers with technical support and guidance.

Halspan is at the cutting edge of R&D, so much of Andy's time is spent at testing labs, either on Halspan’s behalf or helping to make the process less daunting for our customers. As Training Manager, he helps to ensure the sector is aware of its obligations and responsibilities.

Halspan offers training in a variety of subjects, ranging from fire resistance and durability testing to how to fabricate and install fire resisting doorsets in a way that ensures compliance. Training is delivered face-to-face at Halspan’s dedicated Training Centre and customers’ facilities or online.
