As Senior Technical Sales Engineer, Andy brings extensive technical knowledge and industry experience to his role, providing customers with expert support and practical guidance across Halspan’s products, systems and applications.

A key part of Andy’s role is working directly with customers to help them understand the technical aspects of fire doors and doorsets. Drawing on his experience of fire testing, product performance and fabrication, he helps customers interpret technical information and understand how Halspan products can be used effectively within their projects and manufacturing processes.

Andy also supports customers through the testing process, using his experience of working with test laboratories to provide practical guidance and help make what can be a complex process more straightforward.

Alongside his customer support role, Andy contributes to Halspan’s technical training, sharing his knowledge and experience across subjects including fire resistance, durability, fabrication and installation of fire-resisting doorsets. Training can be delivered face-to-face at Halspan’s dedicated Training Centre, at customer facilities, or online.
