Mia joined Halspan as Technical Support Coordinator in 2018, her first role in the fire safety industry. Mia had previously worked as a kitchen designer where she gained experience in using CAD systems as well as the skill of quickly understanding different product specifications.

Day to day, Mia’s role is focussed on assisting customers with any technical queries regarding our products and certifications. Additionally, Mia works with the technical team across many other tasks, including designing test specimens and attending fire tests.

At home, Mia enjoys going to the gym and taking long walks with her soppy rottweiler! She also enjoys listening to and playing music, playing video games and is a season ticket holder for Arsenal Women.
