Away from work, running is a big part of Mike’s life. An active runner and volunteer running coach, he supports runners of all abilities to achieve their goals, from completing a first 5K to improving race performance. Coaching has strengthened his skills in leadership, encouragement and patience, while reinforcing the importance of helping people build confidence and achieve more than they thought possible.
