Starting with the individual components, Halspan® Verified provides the complete system of quality door components, including door blanks and cores, essential hardware and seals, all manufactured to the highest standards and tested together to ensure compliance.

Next, Halspan® Verified offers the widest scope of compliant door configurations available. Specifiers can choose from a range of door systems configured to their exact specifications or customise their own, using Halspan’s Product Selector tool. Customised specifications in a variety of formats, CAD detailing, BIM models and other supporting literature resources make specification easy.

Halspan® Verified then provides expert guidance on how to fabricate doors, and install and maintain doorsets and door assemblies correctly, in a way that ensures compliance.

Crucially, Halspan® Verified provides real time verification throughout, using the Halspan® Tracker Asset Management System. Every Halspan® Verified door fitted with a unique Halspan® Smart Tag, which stays with it throughout its service life. A record of each Smart Tag is created on the Halspan® Tracker Asset Management System. As the door system advances through the supply chain, information is gathered during fabrication, installation and maintenance, building up a complete digital record of its quality assurance journey.
